Mike Corsella

Great-grandson of Rachel "Angel" Corsella and younger brother to Jessica Corsella, Micheal Corsella, or Mike as his friends call him, came to Beware following his older sister. A trained swordsman, but he does not like to use force unless he has to.

On his first  outing to the castle, he met Ember Dragonheart, cousin to Sareena Maverick, and her dragon protector Flame. The two seemed to hit it off well as he too has a dragon protector in Tara, a small dragon who Rachel "Angel" Corsella took care of while she was in the Peace Keepers. While Mike and Ember became friends, Flame and Tara also became friends. Agreeing to meet again, if only that Flame and Tara could see each other, Mike left the castle having met his first friend in Beware.

Meeting on several other occasions, Ember and Mike became very close, to the point where they moved into Mike’s cottage in the woods together. After a few weeks Mike asked Ember to marry him, to which she quickly agreed. After being bitten by her while in the throws of passion, he has started to notice that where he was bitten the skin has started to become Dragon-like. Going to his sister to see if she could help him, she could not figure out what was happening until their great-grandmother saw it and realised that, just as she had been sired as a vampire, Mike had been sired as a half-dragon, like Ember herself is.

Through his older sister, Jessica, he is also friends with Cat Omega, the younger sister of David Maverick

Update: Ember is due to give birth to their child any day now, and Tara's two little ones have hatched as well
