Alamar Desanea is a High Priest of the god Arion, but was not always as powerful as he is this day. His healing skills rival those of the greatest healers and is matched by his kindness to others, which sometimes might get him in trouble. Alamar hails from a city far from beware called Abu Dabi, where he adventured with many of his friends through many trials and tribulations, but there wasn't a foe too powerful or a treasure so small that the group would not seek,....And what a group it was. A managerie of races and creatures one would think it odd to see such in a group of allies, but it was so. Although he has left Abu Dabi to seek adventure in beware, many have followed the clerics path and have joined him here. Since his arrival here he has found much of what he sought, the adventure he enjoys so, and something that although sought, he never thought he'd find,...love, and such an intriguing romance. Alamar had found love with an enemy as far as most clerics would say with a vampire named Mia ~Chylde of Shadows~...

This developed affair led to many meetings and time spent together, but was not to last as one day she was stolen away by one and although he tried many things to free her, he was unable to. When at last she was freed she was changed almost completely no longer one of the undead, but alive again, and the two were happily reunited. But some time ago, mysteriously Mia was gone, and Alamar has not left his home, except when asked for services, to this day, hoping against the odds that she would return. Alas she has not and he has been cooped up for too long he longs for the life he once had.

Today he sometimes can be seen wandering beware or performing wedding ceremonies or healings, but whenever possible still seeks the life of adventure.

Alamar's main battle gear consists of a set of beautifully crafted almost weightless set of golden chainmail which is enchanted to protect him greatly. He also carries a great weapon at his side which glows a soft blue and warns him of danger or evil by glowing brighter. A Mace of Disruption, that has the power to send evil from other planes back to their plane for a time. These items are enchanted to be weilded only by him and unless he allows others to use them the equipment will harm the person who tries to use them. He has various other magiks that will not be listed here for now.
