Travel to and from Har’ol d’lil Tanth at this stage can only be done through temporary portals and used only by those with specific portal keys. The specific portal keys are created in secret rumored to involve painful methods of extracting your very essence.

Har’ol d’lil Tanth is also devoid of tunnels leading out into the underdark.

Currently the city is mostly made up of it's former inhabitants. Their bodies naturally mummified from the hundreds of years this place was closed off from travel and fresh air. The other inhabitants are the slowly growing numbers of Laenre' shi's new army as well as rogue drow, durgar (dark dwarves), illithids, rothe, and a few lesser demons.
For the most part the living and infernal are the invited guests of Qu'ellar Sel'Vae, most being potential merchants or influential patrons to their dark city.
